Gomez and Blanco started dating in June 2023 after they teamed up for the 2019 single “I Can’t Get Enough” with Tainy and J Balvin.
In August 2023, Gomez then released the Blanco-produced single"Single Soon,“beforeconfirming their relationshipthat December when she liked fan account posts on Instagram of the pair, even commenting, “He ismy absolute everythingin my heart,” on one.
The pair made their red carpetdebutat the 2024Emmysin January, before Gomez spoke to Apple Music’sZane Loweabouttheir relationship the following month.
“Without getting into too much detail, I think it’s just really important to meet someone that respects you,” she said. “I think it’s really nice to also lean on someone who understands the world that I live in. But I’d have to say overall it’s the safest that I feel and it’s been really lovely and I’ve only grown through it, so it’s awesome.”
In May, Blanco teased that hecould see marriage in the futurewhen asked about Gomez during an interview onThe Howard Stern Show.
