In a small pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté bacon until crispy. Remove bacon, setting some aside for garnish.2. 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil2 slices applewood bacon, finely chopped1 large (about 12 oz.) sweet onion, thinly sliced1 tsp. kosher salt1 cup sour cream1 cup mayonnaise1 Tbsp. ranch seasoning powder½ cup freshly-grated parmesan cheese1 Tbsp. minced fresh chivesKettle chips, for serving
In a small pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and sauté bacon until crispy. Remove bacon, setting some aside for garnish.
